Guests must agree to the terms and conditions when booking. Prices are valid for bookings made through our website or Call Center. Check-in 15:00 hrs, check-out 11:00 hrs. Groups and weddings have separate rates, terms and conditions.

Reservation payment: The amount of 50% will be paid at the time of making the reservation, the rest payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel. The credit card owner must be present with a valid ID during check-in and the same card that was used to make the deposit payment. Incidental charges can be paid by credit card or cash.

Cancellation policy: Reservations can be changed up to 45 days before arrival, with rates and availability subject to change for future dates. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival incur a 50% of stay penalty. No-shows or early departures result in the total amount being charged.
